    Cutzi~ It rarely happens in our family, either! We actually went out-and-about to get the kids pictures and I *meant* to have one of them take one of us, but forgot. So when we got home we had Ella snap a few pictures of us in our front yard. That one was the "best" of the three. But now we have one for the year (or two...), at least. ~smile~

    I am really looking forward to hearing all about your school year and the books you loved.
    This year I did something new, for m,e and I tried to journal once a week (it happened more like every two weeks or once a month). This really has been special to read back over and see which books we had the most interaction over and fun little memories and tidbits of conversation through out the week.
    Thank you for the book recommendation, I would like to check both of those books out for our family. Right now we have just been reading straight from the Bible, which the boys enjoy but these books both sound lovely.

    Love the family pics!! So sad I didn't get our done this year. But it is still on the to-do list.

    Stef~ that would require me actually getting a photo printed, and... wow. It's been a long time since I've done that. (Christmas?) I should really get back into that habit.
