Amazing.
That's all I can say about this adoption story.
And this one? I was bawling as I read the conclusion to this story I began reading a few weeks ago... don't miss it.

ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by my blog via Jodi. :) I so enjoyed reading your story especially the adoption side. My sis-in-heart and her husband are now just waiting for the phone call. So hard to be patient! Blessings!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful, moving stories! Thanks for sharing them.

ReplyDeleteIn tears... thank you for sharing, Stacy.
ReplyDeleteI'm crying too!
ReplyDeleteI can't help but think of a conversation I had not long ago.
My adopted son Nick (7)made a profound observation several days ago. He said, "Mom, adoption is really sad and really happy, isn't it?"
I wrapped him in my arms and then pushing him back enough that we could look into each others eyes, I told him, "Yes, it is. There is a special word for that feeling, it is called bittersweet, it is sad and it is happy." Then we hugged and told each other "I love you".
