    Please tell us how it works out!!!

    The head chef of the Double Tree hotel in our town goes to church with us....he makes an awesome pumpkin cheese cake! He even makes the crust out of crushed up cookies - it is excellent. I'm not sure if or when I could get a hold of the recipe. It sounds like Jodi has you covered though.

    If I do get the recipe I'll pass it on.
