If these girls don't start earning their keep around here, there's no telling what I'll do.

    We also have chickens...we just added some new ones. It is always disappointing when the girls take a respite from the egg laying. Hope you get some eggs soon.

    I don't know the whole story behind these girls but ... I can tell you that I got 15 hens last summer (2006) and they started laying at Christmas time. Good luck
