i got this picture a couple of weeks ago. it's hanging on the back of our bedroom door and i smile every time i look at it. (it's those legs that make me so happy!)
but this one? ohmygoodness i love this one. it's my favorite thing he's ever made for me. personally, i think those clothespins are a nice touch.

I love the legs and the use of clothespins! He's got such a creative eye.
ReplyDeleteI also love how dark the second one is. It is interesting to see the differences between kids. My kid's drawing (when they rarely choose to do it) is so much "quieter" and this pic of Isaac's is so loud... ironic because it is opposite in real life.
It will be fun to see who Isaac will be one day with all his gifts!
Yay! These are great. I love the his creations, especially the legs :-)
ReplyDeleteOh, I LOVE things like this. They are the best. My son made something for me in 2nd grade that I loved so much that I hung framed it and hung it in my living room. These are so sweet.
ReplyDeleteHi Stacy :) I just love the big, wide bright red smile! Love, Q
ReplyDeleteSo cute! And the same for all of Ella's creations! I just have a question. How do you decide what to keep and what to throw out? I HATE clutter, but at the same time, it breaks my heart to think of throwing some of their creations out, even their random doodling on scrap pieces of paper. (My kids like to doodle A LOT!)
ReplyDeleteSo sweet...there are artists among you!
ReplyDeletethanks for sharing!

Stephanie,
ReplyDeleteMy kids, too. It seems like they each draw about 10 things a day. I do have a system. I'll post about it next week!

These are great. It is fun to watch our little guy becoming so creative.
ReplyDeleteAs far as what to do with all the things they make? I save almost everything, I can get my hands on, because I am a sentimental packrat.
